Ivy Batiste is a visionary leader with an innate ability for aligning company operations towards systemic growth and innovation. His excellent management and organizational skills have been utilized by companies striving to reach their optimal potential for over twenty-four years. Ivy is directly responsible for ensuring the day-to-day processes of Titan Logistics Solutions run efficiently and accurately. As the current Director of Operations at Titan Logistics Solutions, he leverages his excellent leadership skills and teamwork mindset to ensure objectives are completed on time, for delivery to the client. Additionally, he directly oversees the seamless operation of our Key Account Managers and Carrier Procurement Operations.
Prior to his position with Titan Logistics Solutions, Ivy was the Director of Operations for M2 Logistics and Schneider Logistics. During his six-year tenure with Schneider Logistics, Ivy launched the company’s first brokerage office in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas. Under his leadership, the division grew from a startup of four employees to 115 employees with 200 million dollars in annual revenue.
During his three-year tenure with M2 Logistics, Ivy championed several initiatives improving the company’s structure which led to developing and implementing new project ideas. These improvements resulted in a substantial 30 percent year-over-year growth margin for the Dallas/Fort Worth office. Ivy’s success with both companies, along with tenures with Office Depot, Geodis, Kuehne & Nagel, D.B. Schenker, Ashley Furniture, and Capstone Logistics, allowed him to develop significant sought-after knowledge in the fields of economics, logistics, transportation, and supply chain management. He utilizes the culmination of these experiences and his commitment to developing people to contribute to positive company growth.
With over 24 years of experience in both logistics and supply chain management, Ivy is no stranger to interdisciplinary approaches utilized by successful management and executives. He is known to assist employees in all aspects of company operations; from warehouse forklift operators to Warehouse Operations Managers, Logistics Operations Managers, Transportation Management, and 3PL/4PL brokerage services. His ability to quickly assess situations and learn on the spot enables him to make far-reaching decisions for the company, contributing to net growth and fostering a welcoming environment for employees. His leadership and creative vision have greatly benefitted the corporations in which he has worked, and he hopes to continue expediting company development.
Ivy resides in Ovilla, Texas. He is married to his lovely wife, Ruby Jeanine. Together, they have one amazing son, Joshua.
